The service was very bad and unfriendly. Seems like a rip off for the many Dutch guests! Absolutely not to be recommended!

That service was friendly Soup tasty but the main course was swimming in an extremely strong salty sauce, like from a package from the supermarket. Unfortunately, the chef is not set up to treat customers well, he shrugged and said it was a matter of taste; nothing else.

Friendly service, sauce on the meat super salty! According to the cook never had any complaints about it. In other words, I lie! Sauce seemed to come from a package.

Reservation was not noted, but made everything possible so that we could eat there. The menu is clear, the food is delicious. Staff friendly. Clear recommendation!

All in all a nice rustic restaurant with a pub. The food was ok, service and value for money good. The atmosphere was really pleasant and relaxed and from time to time there was even live music.

The Old Museum is much better than many a restaurant suburb. Good home cooking or sitting at the counter. Very fresh salad; Crunchy and no browned leaves. Delicate schnitzel with home-made fried potatoes. Very new dishes, which was also still polished. But the salt and pepper shakers were as shiny clean and functional as the first time use. I have not seen it like that either. Everything first class and the service was even better! More than just a pub!

Climb the stairs, when you get to the top for the upstairs bar you deserve your first beer.

Tasty food, nice service... we ordered 'to go' and got our meals in 25 mins.

Overall pretty good. The staff is friendly, the food was good and inexpensive for Bad Bentheim. The inside of the old museum is very comfortably furnished, but the wooden benches and the seat cushions are very worn out and less comfortable.
